Viptela Serial File

Hello All!

I’ve been banging my head for a few hours. I am unable to use my viptela serial file for my lab. I used my Cisco smart account and went through the process, however, I am unable to upload WAN Edge List in vManage. I get the following error below:

File upload failed.

Disallowed ENG cert. Failed to verify signature of uploaded vEdge list file.

Something else to note is that the file does not download with the viptela file extension!? I’ve changed the serial file to add the extension but that has not helped. Has anyone ever ran into this same issue?

Figured it out. The Organization name was in lower case when I attempted to create the serial file on PnP site. Thanks all.

Yes, Organisation name must match 1:1. :slight_smile:
