Serial.viptela File

Hi

Is it even possible to create a personal CCO account and use it to register for a Smart account for the generation of the serial.viptela file?

I have tried to do so but was prompted with errors that domain is not found.
The company I’m working for has strict restriction thus I can’t generate the viptela file from the company Smart Account and was wondering if I could generate a personal account to workaround this restriction.
