Practice KB LABS on EVE using Preconfig

I just joined recently and I would like to practice KB labs using my EVE, is there a way to get initial configuration for each lab.
I didn’t have time to read all the topics so my apology if someone asked that question.
Please guide me if there is a way otherwise I will have to pay hours for practice.
