I thought I had disabled the auto-renewal of my subscription earlier this year, but I just saw the charge for the renewal this Monday. I canceled my subscription right away, but I was not able to get my money back. For what I see in preivous post the cancellation policy allows for return within 2 weeks. I tired reaching over email to ask for the money back but after 72 hours I have not gotten a replay
How do I process the return?
