Continuing the discussion from New Year 2025 Offer Is Live!:
I tried to take advantage of the Thanksgiving discount offer for my KB Learn and tried to renew it for $199 , but i was unable to since my subscription was still valid was set to expire on 12/2/25 and got automatically renewed with the $299 price instead of the $199..
I did reach out to support and was told they will honor this discount at New Year’s offer.
I have sent a few emails to Support with screenshots with the auto renewal charge price and the email thread i had with Support , but have not received any response when i asked for a refund of $100 ( since the KB Learn offer is $100 cheaper ) .
If you are unable to get me the $100 refund i asked for , can you apply the $100 towards the CCIE SP SUPER LAB and grant me access ?
