KB Learn / KB Plus - Payment Issue with Indian Bank Cards

Hi All,

I am trying to buy the ‘KB Learn’ annual subscription using my HDFC bank issued Card (MasterCard sponsored) but I am unable to make the payment, and is being declined. I have checked with bank, no issues found on bank side.
Reason given by Bank:

Reason: Effective 1st Oct 2021, the Bank is required to decline all recurring transactions on cards initiated by merchants who are non-compliant with the new RBI guidelines.

So I was just wondering how other Indian students are able to buy the subscription. If anyone from India has recently bought the ‘KB learn’ or ‘KB plus’ subscription, please let me know the payment process that was followed.

@Silver_Surfer - would you be able to help. I have been reaching out to support@kbits.live and they have been responding, but their response is very slow and I am still awaiting a resolution or an alternate payment.mode. Thanks

Resolved: support team has shared alternate link on email to make the payment, and that link works for me.
