The question I have is, can I provision 2 separate internet circuits as my transports from a single vEdge?
If it is possible then I would like to have 2 separate Service VPNs behind a vEdge and be able to send traffic from each service VPN via its dedicated internet circuit.
This means Service VPN 10 traffic should go via Internet link 1 and Service VPN 11 traffic go via Internet link 2.

You can have 2 separate Internet Circuits for your Transport VPN on the same WAN Edge. You also have the ability to have multiple Service VPNs behind a vEdge. You can use Policies to control the Transport used by a specific Service VPN.
