Hi Sir,

This post is just let everyone know my experience.

I did the “FLEX VPN” on new IOS

Cisco IOS Software, Linux Software (I86BI_LINUX-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.7(3)M2, DEVELOPMENT TEST SOFTWARE

and I did not get the issue of not getting /32 route. I did not rebooted my routers and the connectivity works perfectly.

I also did not get SPOKE to SPOKE EIGRP Neighbor

but I am always going through HUB although I have redirect and shortcut command in place.

Spoke to spoke EIGRP shouldn’t come up as first packet should go over HUB.
For the spoke-to-spoke tunnel to come up redirect on HUB and shortcut on Spokes should do the trick, as long as you have the appropriate crypto config for the spokes keys, profiles etc. (assuming that you have crypto enabled tunnels).
Can you share your config to have a look?
